Our Equinox Feast series makes its return, for the first time in honor of the Vernal Equinox, a symbol of new beginnings for all.
Following two sold out feasts over the last year, we are elated to welcome the Spring with a Feast taking place over two seatings on Thursday, March 20th - the day of the Equinox itself.
We are honored to partner once more with the talented and mindful folks at SpiritWays Denver who will host and provide a Vernal ritual for all of those in attendance as well.
Our neighbors at Music City Hot Chicken have designed an impressive menu loaded with seasonal delights for all feasters, including a main course of Sautéed Lemongrass Chicken Breast, a Spring salad with Dandelion Greens, Strawberry, Almond, Pecorino, and Red Wine Vinegar, a Kohlrabi, Radish, Shallot Mélange, Carrot, Ginger, Coconut Cream Soup Sesame Wheat Sourdough bread fresh from Get Rights Bakery, and a dessert of Lemon Bar à la Mode with Biscoff Ice Cream from Right Cream.
We will of course be offering a tailor-made beer pairing - once again with a limited run of Keep-The-Stein glassware to take home as well - and featuring the return of a long running house favorite with the lemongrass and Dandelion Mixed Culture Ale OSTARA.
Dinner reservations are made exclusively through Music City’s website, as linked above, and all beer pairings can be purchased below. Reservations for both are available NOW for both the 6PM and 8PM seatings, and have thus far sold out each time.
