Denver, CO - Our Mutual Friend Brewing of Denver, CO has partnered with TRVE Brewing’s distribution arm for distribution of their beer along the Front Range.

Our Mutual Friend has recently grown its infrastructure and capacity, including the addition of three new foeders in order to increase the production of some of their award-winning mixed culture and brett beers. They will be ramping up production of these as well as their stainless fermented ales to bring their beers to both on- and off-premise accounts in Denver and the surrounding area. The agreement will mark the first time OMF beer is significantly available outside their own taproom.

TRVE Brewing has been self-distributing their own beer for two years, and for over a year has worked with out-of-state breweries such as Burial Beer Co. (Asheville, NC), Finback Brewery (Queens, NY), and 7venth Sun Brewery (Dunedin, FL) to import and distribute their beer on a limited basis. The agreement with OMF is their first established distribution partnership with a brewery based in Colorado.

“We’re incredibly excited to be working with OMF” says Nick Nunns, founder of TRVE Brewing. “We’ve worked with a number of breweries outside the state of Colorado. To now be working with one of our local friends is an exciting new opportunity for our distribution arm. We’ve known the guys and gals at OMF since they opened and have been watching them grow in a way much like we’ve grown our own brewery. The similarity in our approaches to beer makes this relationship a no brainer.”

“Over the last five years, we believe OMF has emerged as a brewery to watch in an ever growing and evolving beer scene,” says Brandon Proff, OMF managing partner. “Though we fully intend to remain a small brewery serving the North-East Denver community, it has become clear as we've built a friendship with TRVE that our vision and principles for how we desire to operate are aligned. Craft beer has become an increasing arms race, but we do not believe (nor have any interest) in fighting for shelf space. TRVE's resources and expertise will allow us to approach where our beer goes with agility and intention through their strong, meaningful relationships with businesses that care deeply and want know whose products they are selling. We look forward to the future of our new distribution partnership with TRVE, and can't wait to forge a path forward. Let's party.”

TRVE will begin limited distribution of OMF beer in mid-November, commencing with a celebration of stouts and porters hosted by Falling Rock Tap House on November 17th at 5:30pm. Colorado order inquiries for OMF and TRVE beer can be directed to sales@trvebrewing.com.
