A mashup of both region’s takes on what a pale ale should be. Pilsner malt and experimental American hops fermented with a Belgian yeast strain.
“As We Thrust Ourselves Into the Drink”
This ABA uses all Cascadian hops to bring out the characteristic citrus and pine of the region. Despite its dark color, the beer is deceivingly light in body and roast flavors.
“Queen of the Borrowed Light”
Our summer seasonal - a spin on the nearly extinct Gose – an American wheat beer with Hawaiian black lava salt and coriander. Floral aromas and an umami-laden mouthfeel. A great beer for the summer heat.
“With fang and claw to shred your face”
An American IPA loaded with piney and resinous hops, balanced perfectly with a light-but-present malt profile.
“A ghost to the present”
Pilsner and wheat malts working together with a swarm of hops from New Zealand. Bright, clean fruits and spicy noble-esque hop flavors and aromas.
“With the omens in flame”
A saison in which we've steeped Lapsang Souchong – a Chinese tea smoked over pinewood. Earthy and woody aromas with slight vanilla undertones.
“Comfort me against the chaos of our time”
An American session ale loaded with oats. A beer you can drink the shit out of without worrying about your ability to remember which way’s up. Notes of strawberry, blueberry, and a subtle lingering bitterness.
“We have lived on a high”
Roasty and thick with a bitter chocolate finish. Deep and commanding while being only slightly terrifying.
“BRRRRRROOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW”
Pale as a wight and as powerful as the throb of the universe. Bright citrus finishing with a crisp and dry pilsner maltiness.
“Behold glory in our hands”
An American session ale with an inverted bourbon mash - 2-row barley, corn, and rye - bittered up with Falconer’s Flight hops. A dry and biting party beer.
“Speed with the wolf into the night”
Drop out of life with beer in hand. Our ultimate ode to the ultimate ode to the spliff. Like a caravan of creedsmen marching through a hasheeshian landscape, with bails of hops tied to the backs of their beasts.
“Proceeds the weedian.”
Because the last thing this world needs is another imperial stout anniversary beer. A wonderfully crisp session IPA dry hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. Happy birthday to us, indeed.
