TRVE Brewing has a Good Problem on its Hands

This Friday will mark one month that TRVE Brewing has been open to the public, and it has flown by real fast.

We’ve been getting absolutely hammered at the tap room. Opening day saw us blow through half of the beer we’d brewed before we opened our doors to you all. We also initiated the final members into the Cvlt for 2012. We had no idea so many people were going to be so fired up about our tiny (but potent) brewery.

We’re brewing as often as we possibly can, but it seems to keep us just short of what you people are demanding, which leaves us with a tough decision to make. We’ve only had one Sunday where we’ve been open, and it looks like it’s going to have to stay that way for the time being. Until we can get a couple more tanks into our brewhouse we’re going to stick to a Wednesday through Saturday schedule. We hope this will allow us to keep your new favorites on tap, reopen growler fills to our Cvlt members, and start introducing some new brews to our menu.

We’re just under two months away from the Autumnal equinox which means that we’re already getting excited about our Autumn menu. If you’ve been in the tap room recently you may have noticed the beer we’ll be brewing this week – Hollow Idol – an India White Ale using a variety of hops from New Zealand. This beer will be a last hurrah for the dog days of summer, and will be our first transitionary beer as we move into our fall menu. Keep an eye open in the tap room for the announcement of some of the other new brews we’ll be introducing as we make this shift.

We can’t thank you all enough for the outflowing of support you’ve shown us thus far. It’s been great meeting you all and getting to know you.
